Because food is life giving and taking..
- You are what your body does with what you eat.
- Since the stone age, when surviving famine was a life-and-death concern, there has been no natural threshold for how much sugar and fat we will eat.
- Unhealthy food contributes to diseases of affluence—heart, cancer, pulmonary, diabetes, and dementia.

Because why not flip the script on today’s food covenants.
